You really shouldn't trust them! This outfit is totally a scam. They’re out to take your personal info and cash. I tried reaching out to a number that said it was customer service for HealthCare.Gov, but I ended up with this shady company. I checked with the billing departments of the doctors and hospitals that were supposedly part of the Pivot plan, only to discover they had no clue what Pivot Insurance was. Then, I called First Health PPO, the company Pivot said they worked with, and they told me they have no connection to 'Pivot Health.' To top it off, the person I spoke with was making rude jokes during the call. It seems like they’re really pushing low-quality life insurance while pretending to offer health insurance.

So, what's the deal with the monthly premium? It's either $418 or $458. I got a quote for the cheaper one, though.
